Roast Pork Loin 烤猪腰肉

                           



                              



                                


材料： 

1. Pork Loin 1 1/2 kg 带皮猪腰肉
2. Rock salt & black pepper
3. Mixed herbs 

做法：

1. 肉腌制过夜
2. 上下火220 c 烤 1-11/2 hours
3. 单单上火烤半小时即可
