炸鱼瓢和炸猪皮样子要一样
但是价钱差远了

要加鱼瓢

这个盘是我大姨留下的
大姨大姨丈在去年相继去世
Ohbin妈带回了大姨年轻时开店的碗碟
除了留做纪念
也带回来了对大姨的思念
碗碟摆放在碗柜里
女佣一律不能碰
生怕一个不小心就来个落地开花
把菜剩在这碗里
煞是好看,特别有怀旧的味道
Ohbin除了保有了大姨少部分的碗碟
也保有大姨的糯米鸡碗
以后这些碗碟就传传传
把大姨的“家伙”给传下去
材料:
1. 猪皮半包(烫热水剪片)
2. 黄梨两片
3. 洋葱两粒切块
4.黄瓜半条
5.咕噜肉酱
做法:
1. 爆香洋葱,下川烫了的猪皮
2. 下咕噜肉酱,焖一会
3. 下黄梨块和黄瓜拌均匀即可上桌

Oh no, I miss this old fashion of dish, my mum use to cook this, I have so long never try it, maybe I should give it a try soon. I also love the old fashion of bowls and plates, ya, like what you said, this should pass down from this generation to next generation.

Do you know this is actually or I should say it is originally Hainanese dish ? My mum use to cook this last time though now she is too old to cook anymore. We don't put so many type of sauces but just simple fry pork skin, pineapple, red chili slice & chopped garlic with salt. It is really delicious.

我外婆家也有这类的碗,有些有鸡公的。。很美,你说的对,应该一代传一代。。。
